Hi, I'm Norma Graff. I have been with Rich &
Shirley's Quickprint since 1985. In addition to being the "Graff"ic
designer, I manage the shop and oversee production. I want to make sure every
customer is completely satisfied with their finished product.

I am married and have a grown son and in my spare time (what’s that?) I enjoy
gardening, working crossword puzzles, reading, or playing the piano.
